Over the past number of months, we have witnessed something truly special.
We have seen teams step forward, businesses rally behind us, volunteers give countless hours of their time, families support one another, and club members embrace this fundraiser with incredible enthusiasm, generosity and pride.
What started as an ambitious idea has grown into something much bigger than a competition. It has become a celebration of everything that makes Dicksboro such a special club — community, friendship, volunteerism, teamwork and belonging.
Tomorrow is not just about obstacle courses, fundraising totals or finding out who will be crowned the Fittest Superstars.
It is about bringing our entire club family together.
From our youngest members taking part in the Junior Fittest Superstars, to our players, coaches, parents, supporters, sponsors, volunteers and lifelong members, tomorrow is a day for everyone.
The committee are genuinely excited and honoured to welcome you all to Palmerstown for what promises to be a memorable day in the history of our club.
There will be great competition, plenty of laughs, fantastic food, music, refreshments and, most importantly, the unique sense of community that makes Dicksboro what it is.
No matter what team you’re supporting, we encourage everyone to come along, wear your maroon and white with pride, cheer on the participants and enjoy what promises to be an unforgettable occasion.
