It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Edward (Ned) Buggy, a cherished member of the Dicksboro GAA Club and a lifelong servant to Kilkenny GAA.
Ned passed away peacefully on 12th October 2025, surrounded by his loving family. A proud clubman and a true gentleman, Ned gave immense time and dedication to the GAA community, serving as former secretary of the Northern Board and PRO of the Kilkenny GAA County Board. His contribution to our club and to Kilkenny GAA will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know and work alongside him.
We extend our deepest sympathies to his sister Teresa, partner Eva, extended family, friends, and all who mourn his loss.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
May Ned rest in peace.
